Don, before coming to the Mets as Art Howe's bench coach, was a respected manager himself for several big-league clubs, and before that, he was a slugging outfielder in the American League, being named the 1979 MVP. He is shown here on his 1986 O-Pee-Chee card. Two more cards are pictured below.
