Power-hitting outfielder who appeared for a time in the big leagues with the Seattle Mariners, and later became a coach. He briefly took over as the Mets' hitting coach from Tom Robson, who later took back over for Mickey. He is pictured here on a 1988 Fleer card where he was declared to be one of Baseball's Exciting Stars.
