Donn was the Most Valuable Player of the 1969 World Series for the Mets, and it's possible that they would not have made it to the big dance at all if it hadn't been for his addition midway through that year. The next season, he set the Mets' all-time record for RBI in a season (up to that point) with 97 in only 396 at-bats. He's pictured here on 1970 Topps, and below on a couple of cards that teamed him up with Hall of Famer Willie Stargell as well as a couple of Topps coins.
