Robinson was called up to the Mets when fellow third-string catcher Raul Casanova temporarily went on the bereavement list, and manager Willie Randolph called upon him for one at-bat before he departed back for New Orleans. He was later rewarded with a handful of pinch-hitting appearances and spot starts. He's shown here on his 2007 New Orleans Zephyrs card.
