Acquired from the Royals in 2006 for fellow minor-league second baseman Jeff Keppinger, he made his Mets debut the following spring when Jose Valentin went on the DL. Lost on waivers to the Braves the following spring despite being something of a fan favorite. He's shown here on 2006 Topps Heritage.
