Departed: traded to the Cleveland Indians with Reid Cornelius for Mark Clark, March 1996

 

A superb prospect who held down center field for most of three years with the Mets. He came to New York along with Jeff Kent for David Cone in 1992. Ryan is shown here on his 1994 Topps Stadium Club Golden Rainbow card.
